Full refunds for cancellations are available provided that the cancellation request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the event. Please submit your cancellation request to our official email (admin@smts.ca) to ensure a timely and smooth refund process. If your request is submitted close to the conference, please allow us a few days to process.
